This site collects two things: what you type into a form, and analytics. Here is what happens to both.

Last updated:

What you type into a form

There are two forms on this site: one for the AI Modernization Assessment, one for the Founding Sprint. Both ask who you are — your name, your work email, your company — and the rest of each form asks about the work. Which system you are thinking about, or what you are building. What is prompting the question now, or what is constraining you.

Neither form asks for anything personal beyond a name and a way to reply. There is no phone field, no job title, no address.

We get what you send as an email. A person reads it and replies. That is the whole mechanism.

If you write to us at info@foundingminds.com instead, or call, the same thing is true: we have what you sent, and nothing else.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people read a page and which pages they came from. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Google your IP address, your browser, and which pages you looked at.

None of that loads until you say yes. If you say no, or ignore the question, analytics does not run and the rest of the site works exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

What we do not do

We do not sell anything about you. We do not add you to a mailing list — the form says so under the button and it is true. We do not buy information about you from anyone else, and we do not try to work out who you are from what you read.

There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing to log in to and no profile to build.

Who else sees it

  • Google, twice over: it hosts our email, so your enquiry sits in Google's systems, and it runs the analytics described above.
  • The company that hosts this website, which keeps the ordinary server records any web host keeps — IP addresses and requested pages.
  • YouTube, on the handful of pages that embed a video. Those embeds use youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. If you press play, you are on YouTube's terms for that video.

That is the list. We do not pass enquiries to anyone else, except where a law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our email. We do not run a deletion schedule on it, so assume it is still there — if you wrote to us two years ago, that message has not been swept away by a policy.

We would rather say that than publish a retention period we do not actually keep to.

What you can ask us for

Some readers are covered by laws — the GDPR in Europe and the UK, the CCPA in California — that give you rights over what a company holds about you. Rather than set out the statutes, here is what we will do for anyone who asks, wherever you are:

  • Tell you what we have.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it.

Write to info@foundingminds.com. There is no charge and we will not ask why.

Children

This site is written for people buying and building software. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Where it goes

We are a US company with offices in India. An enquiry sent from anywhere may be read by colleagues in Trivandrum or Kochi and stored on servers outside your country.

Changes

If this changes, the new version goes on this page and the date at the top changes with it.
