How the Founding Sprint works.
Define the product
We work with you to understand the problem, target users, existing alternatives, business goals, and available evidence. Together, we identify the most important assumptions, prioritize the core experience, and define what belongs in the first release.
Prototype and plan
We turn the core product experience into an interactive prototype, refine the MVP scope, and develop the technical roadmap and estimates. We conclude with a review of the prototype, written scope, estimates, and recommendations.
What we need from you.
A few focused working sessions with the founder or product owner, access to relevant domain expertise, and any existing customer research or market evidence.
Early-stage ideas are welcome. You don’t need a completed product specification to begin.
