Build meaningful products. Grow with people who care.
At Founding Minds, you’ll work on challenging engineering problems, explore new technologies, and help create products that make a difference.
We’re always looking for ambitious, talented, and passionate people who bring curiosity, initiative, and pride in what they build.
Why Founding Minds
Work on interesting problems
From complex financial platforms to AI, computer vision, industrial applications and new products, engineers work on problems that demand real thinking.
Learn, grow, and take ownership
We value initiative and encourage people to challenge assumptions. Engineers develop deep product knowledge instead of simply completing assigned tickets.
People who stay invested
Long-term customer relationships mean you can see a product evolve over years and understand the impact of your engineering decisions.
What we look for
Ambitious, talented, curious, self-driven people, in engineering, product, design and beyond. People who ask what the work is for before asking what the task says, and who are comfortable saying that a requirement is wrong, to a client, with a reason attached.
You do not need to arrive knowing finance or any of our other domains. Most of us did not. You do need to want to learn.
AI and machine learning, computer vision, language models, IoT and robotics, cloud and SaaS architecture, mobile, DevOps and quality engineering, across financial services, aviation, energy, healthcare, logistics, sports and enterprise operations.
Where we work
Development centers in Kochi and Trivandrum, Kerala, collaborating directly with international clients on their products, not through layers of account management.
